  • Managing the quality control & booking reservations of our clients from their initial request to completion
  • Coordinating international travel reservations
  • Reservations for Air/Hotel & Ground Transportation
  • Minimum 5 years’ in Corporate Travel
  • Proficiency within Sabre/Abacus
  • Air Ticketing Experience
  • Must know Exchanges/Refunds/Re-Issues
  • Must know how to read Airline/Hotel contracts
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
  • Reputation for working in a team environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the best practices within the travel industry
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and writing
  • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word)
