Corporate Sales Agent
- Deliver prompt &consistently high quality customer service to all stakeholders.
- Booking corporate travel in accordance with corporate policy to meet client objectives.
- Ability to process refunds/exchanges/cancellations & customer service queries.
- Design complex itineraries & have a deep knowledge of international ticketing & pricing.
- Familiarize yourself with new technology platforms used for corporate travel.
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written are a must.
- 5-7 years’ experience with a global TMC or in Corporate Travel.
- Proficiency within Sabre.
- Experience with working in cross functional work teams across the globe.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word)
- College or University degree preferred
