  • Deliver prompt &consistently high quality customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Booking corporate travel in accordance with corporate policy to meet client objectives.
  • Ability to process refunds/exchanges/cancellations & customer service queries.
  • Design complex itineraries & have a deep knowledge of international ticketing & pricing.
  • Familiarize yourself with new technology platforms used for corporate travel.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written are a must.
  • 5-7 years’ experience with a global TMC or in Corporate Travel.
  • Proficiency within Sabre.
  • Experience with working in cross functional work teams across the globe.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word)
  • College or University degree preferred
